Hi!
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife, a mom to a spirited 4-year-old, and constantly surrounded by the chaos and comfort of two pets, so I understand firsthand that life is messy, unpredictable, and often doesn’t fit neatly into boxes. That perspective shapes how I work: cooperative, flexible, and grounded in the reality that growth doesn’t happen in perfection, it happens in the middle of real life.

A bit about me
Becoming a therapist was a natural path for me, I’ve always been deeply curious about people, relationships, and what helps us heal and grow. I pursued therapy as a career because I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Relationships have always been central to how I understand the world, which is why I’ve intentionally built a life surrounded by family and close friends. I’ve seen how connection can ground us, challenge us, and ultimately shape who we become. At the same time, I value the role of balance, recognizing that meeting our personal and emotional needs isn’t selfish, it’s necessary for sustainable well-being. A big part of that comes down to boundaries: being clear about what we need, what we value, and how we choose to spend our time and energy. We get one life, and I believe it matters that we live it in a way that feels aligned, intentional, and genuinely our own.
