Couples Therapy
My background in couples therapy is rooted in focused education during my graduate training, along with continued clinical experience supporting partners in building healthier, more connected relationships. I have been working with couples of all shapes and sizes for over 15 years. I have identified a more specific and structured way of treatment to effectively provide support and skills. All of this I share during sessions, as a way to help couples improve for their futures.
