Specializations

I have specialized training and extensive experience in working with both couples as well as children & parents. See below for more details.

Couples Therapy

My background in couples therapy is rooted in focused education during my graduate training, along with continued clinical experience supporting partners in building healthier, more connected relationships. I have been working with couples of all shapes and sizes for over 15 years. I have identified a more specific and structured way of treatment to effectively provide support and skills. All of this I share during sessions, as a way to help couples improve for their futures.

Child Led Play Therapy & Parenting

I bring over 10 years of experience working with children, with training in child-led play therapy, allowing me to support younger clients in a developmentally appropriate and effective way. I additionally have even more experience working directly with parenting around challenges, perspectives and skills to help their families. I have extensive knowledge around child developmental milestones, including emotional, intellectual and mental needs based on ages. I can help with difficult behaviors to typical next steps in growth. Further, I always enjoy working collaboratively with kids and parents, to help identify styles, methods, positivity and skills to improve their relationships and trust.
